After you submit the images, you will get the finished image back in 5-7 days. Rush orders can be done in 1-2 days, at an additional charge of $5.
Yes. If you choose to see the image first before making the payment, please submit the photos by email. Also, please send us the screenshot of the background you choose. After the image is done, we will upload it to a private password-protected online gallery for you to view.
We will make one round of revisions for you.
Due to the service's digital nature, no refund will be issued after the image is delivered.
However, if you are trying out the service for the first time, order only one background, submit the image through email and pay after you are happy with the finished image. We will guide you through the process.
